Overview
Interactions (aka touchpoints) are events that connect a user to an asset model. Interaction events are required to have:
- a timestamp
- a relationship with a parent model
- a relationship with an asset model
There are standard interaction types making it possible to have default metrics on the reporting layer. We will add more interaction types over time.
